Matthew Lewis urodził się 27 czerwca 1989 roku. Tego młodego angielskiego aktora poznaliśmy przede wszystkim w cyklach o Harrym Potterze, w których Matthew wciela się w Neville’a Longbottoma. Aktorstwem zainteresował się jeszcze gdy był przedszkolakiem. Jest zwolennikiem wielu dyscyplin sportowych, w wolnych chwilach lubi także grać na PlayStation2.
